not published — ask for the brochure

A listed 19th-century château between Paris and Chartres whose estate includes a separate space, the Carrousel, given over to weddings and large receptions. Prix
not published — ask for the brochure

A château in a seven-hectare hillside park at Louveciennes, about 15 minutes from Paris, which suits a mid-size celebration where guests sleep in the city rather than on site. not published — ask for the brochure

A country château in the Brie, about an hour east of Paris, with grounds and 14 bedrooms so a core group can stay the weekend. fleet of eight boats from 20 to 130 seats; the Lutecia takes up to 200 guests
    Prix

A canal and Seine boat operator in Paris whose barges are hired privately for ceremonies and receptions, with the largest, the Lutecia, taking up to 200. A listed 17th- and 18th-century château in a 50-hectare estate with a large orangerie for the reception and guest rooms in the house. An 18th-century mansion near the Musée d'Orsay with a courtyard, garden and vaulted cellars for dancing, one of the few central venues that publishes per-person wedding rates. A farm venue at Courcelles-en-Bassée in southern Seine-et-Marne that publishes its hire rates openly and allows a free choice of caterer with no closing time, which makes it one of the more budget-workable options in the region. It is a dry-hire model, so cost everything else separately: catering, drinks, furniture and the accommodation for guests beyond the 14 beds.

  • farm

    La Ferme d'Auxonnettes
