For wedding planners
The admin is not what your clients pay you for
They pay you for taste, nerve and the phone call that fixes it. Vow takes the rest — the plan, the money, the guest list, the paperwork and the run sheet — and gives every client wedding the full product, run from one login.
Nothing is charged until you choose to buy. The studio licence and the credits are one-time payments — there is no subscription anywhere in Vow.
One login, every client
Your clients, in a list
Every wedding you work on sits on one screen with its date, its package, whether the guest site is live and what you are on it. Open one and the whole app switches to that couple; the switcher sits in the bar, not three clicks down.
Each wedding gets the whole product
- The full planning cockpit, on Signature, from the first credit
- The guest website and the RSVP flow behind it
- The print studio: supplier briefs, run sheet, place cards, load-in plan
- Unlimited helper seats, each one scoped to what you grant them
- Mood boards, photo sharing and the destination explorer
What the plan is built from
- 422planner-grade tasks
- 885researched venues
- 23destinations
- 21print-ready documents
Deterministic, not generated: the same wedding in gives the same plan out, scheduled backwards from the date and filtered by what that couple actually has.
What it costs
A licence once, then a credit per wedding
The licence costs exactly what one couple pays for Signature — €85 — and your first client wedding is included in it. After that, each one opens on Signature for a credit, from €15 down to €8 each. Credits never expire.
Studio licence
€85
Bought once, and it includes 1 credit — one client wedding on Signature. The client list, the handover, and the right to buy more.
1 credit
€15
€15 a wedding, against €85 bought one at a time.
5 credits
€60
€12 a wedding, against €85 bought one at a time.
10 credits
€100
€10 a wedding, against €85 bought one at a time.
25 credits
€200
€8 a wedding, against €85 bought one at a time.
Put it beside the fee. A planner charging €2,500 for a wedding spends €10 of it on the tool that runs the whole engagement — 0.4% of what the client pays you. A first year of the licence and one ten-pack is €185 for 11 weddings — one payment each, nothing to renew.
All prices include VAT · one-time payments, no subscription and nothing that renews · at checkout you waive the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, so a licence or a pack is not refundable once you start using it · a credit opens a wedding on Signature and is spent when you do it · a wedding already on a package keeps whatever was paid for it, and the difference is not refunded.
Ownership
What happens to your client’s wedding when you are done
You create the wedding, so during the engagement it is yours: you are the owner, you hold every part of it, and the couple come in as partners or as helpers scoped to exactly what you want them to see.
When you are done, one action in Settings makes the couple the owners. They keep everything — the plan, the guest list, the documents, the website — on the Signature package the credit already paid for, and you stay on as a partner until they remove you. Nothing is copied, exported or migrated. It is the same wedding, in their name.
What Vow will not do for you
Said plainly, before you buy
- It does not invoice your clients, track your time or hold your contracts. Vow is the delivery tool; your back office stays where it is.
- It is not white-label. There is no logo of yours on the guest site or the printed sheets, and no custom domain — client sites live on a Vow address.
- The task library is Vow’s, not yours. You can edit, add and delete freely inside a wedding, but there is no place to keep your own templates and reuse them across clients.
- There is no cross-client calendar, budget or inbox. The client list is the only screen that reads across weddings.
- It is not an AI assistant. Nothing you write is sent to a language model, because there is no language model here.
- Vow does not send invitations to your client’s guest list on their behalf.
Try it on one wedding first
Make an account, set up a client wedding in the wizard and look at what comes out before you buy anything. The studio licence and the credits are both bought from inside the app, on the client list.
